During his stay, Arreaza is supposed to visit Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and other Iranian senior officials, Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi said.
The Iranian foreign minister will discuss issues of mutual interest with Iranian officials, Mousavi added.
Earlier in October, Zarif had met with his Venezuelan counterpart in New York.
